Returns and complaints
In the AlmiDecor.com store, we make every effort to ensure that all available products meet your expectations - are of high quality, free from defects. Nevertheless, every customer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 22[1] of the Civil Code and uses the AlmiDecor.com online store is entitled - under the provisions of law - to withdraw from the concluded purchase agreement for goods (services), without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The AlmiDecor.com store is also liable, under the warranty, in the event of delivery of Goods with physical or legal defects under art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
RETURNS
How to return ordered goods:
- The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the following correspondence address: AL. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża, or by e-mail: sklep@almidecor.com
- Each product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
- A written declaration of withdrawal from the contract (document available as an annex to the online store regulations) should be sent together with the purchased goods to the following address: AL. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża, with the note: return of online order.
- The returned goods should be in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management.

COMPLAINTS
How to complain about ordered goods:
- To file a complaint, please fill out the complaint form, which is Annex 2 to the regulations of the AlmiDecor.com online store.
- Complaints can be filed by filling in the complaint form and delivering it together with the Goods subject to complaint and the note "Order Complaint" to the following address: AL. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża
- The returned Goods should be properly secured for the time of transport and should be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, VAT invoice, bank statement from the Customer's account confirming the purchase of the Goods subject to the complaint).
- The time limit for filing a complaint is 24 months from the date of purchase. AlmiDecor will consider complaints within 30 (thirty) days of receiving them. Failure by AlmiDecor to respond to a complaint within the aforementioned time limit is equivalent to its acceptance.
- If the complaint is rejected, AlmiDecor will inform you of this fact and return the Goods to the Customer together with a written justification for the negative decision regarding the complaint.
- If the Goods have defects, you have the following rights under Article 556 and Article 561 of the Civil Code: a) submit a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement or reduction of the price of the Goods, unless the Seller immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the Buyer replaces the Goods with defect-free ones or removes the defect, or b) request the replacement of the Goods with defect-free ones or the removal of the defect
- The Buyer who exercises the warranty rights in terms of withdrawal from the Agreement or requesting the replacement of the Goods with defect-free ones is obliged to deliver the Goods at the Seller's expense to the following address: AL. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża
- Discounted goods are not subject to complaint.
- IMPORTANT! When receiving the shipment, after signing the bill of lading, please open the package and then check very carefully whether the ordered Goods have no mechanical damage. In the event of finding any mechanical damage caused during transport, you should refuse to accept the package and draw up a damage report with the courier. Please inform the store staff about the problem by e-mail (sklep@almidecor.com) or by phone (22 490 80 10).
