• Standard delivery throughout Poland
• Standard delivery within the European Union
• Proper securing of the shipment
• Contact in the event of a delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control

We offer the following delivery options:

1. STANDARD delivery:

• Standard delivery includes the shipment of goods to the address indicated by the Customer without the option of unpacking and assembly
• The Standard delivery cost is PLN 0.
• Standard delivery is available throughout Poland and European Union countries.
• Standard delivery (courier shipment) within Poland is carried out in the case of payment both in advance (before the execution of the Order) and cash on delivery (when receiving the Order)
• Standard delivery (large shipment) in Poland is only possible if paid in advance (before the Order is fulfilled), payment upon receipt of the Order is not possible
• Standard delivery (courier shipment, bulky shipment) in other European Union countries is only possible if paid in advance (before the Order is fulfilled), payment upon receipt of the Order is not possible

We offer the following payment methods for your order:

• Payment by payment or credit card via an external payment operator (prepayment)
• Payment by electronic transfer via an external payment operator (prepayment)
• Transfer to company account (payment in advance)
• Cash on delivery (Standard shipping within Poland only)

Additional information:

1. Goods purchased in the almidecor.com store are delivered to the address indicated in the Order.
2. Delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out within the European Union.
3. The ordered Goods are shipped within 2 business days from the date of posting the payment to our account or from receiving confirmation of payment from our settlement partner (PayU, PayPal), although the delivery time may vary depending on the goods you have selected, about which you will be informed during the Order placement process. In the case of orders for selected furniture, large-sized items and other products imported to order, the delivery time is extended - depending on the type of assortment. Detailed information about the shipping time can be found in the description of the given product and in the content that appears after placing it in the basket.
4. In the case of Goods that we currently have in stock, the delivery time of the Goods should not be longer than 4 business days from the date of shipment
5. You will receive details regarding the delivery of Goods during the Order placement process in the Basket, next to the selected Goods, as well as in the "Order Summary" tab.
6. IMPORTANT! When receiving the shipment, after signing the bill of lading, please open the package and then check very carefully whether the ordered Goods have no mechanical damage. In the event of finding any mechanical damage caused during transport, you should refuse to accept the package and draw up a damage report with the courier. Please inform the store staff about the problem by e-mail (sklep@almidecor.com) or by phone (22 490 80 10).
7. Complaints without a completed complaint form will not be considered.
8. If one order contains products with different availability statuses, the final completion date of the entire order always applies to the product with the longer completion date.
9. The stated order processing time always refers to business days.
