Terms and conditions of the newsletter promotion campaign

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify the terms and conditions of participation in the promotional campaign "Discount coupon for signing up to the newsletter" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Campaign"), organized by Fargotex Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Łomża, Al. Legionów 114C, 18-400 Łomża, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000183232, and the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7181721036 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

  2. In matters relating to the Promotional Campaign, Customers and Participants may contact the Organizer via:

  3. The condition for participation in the Promotional Campaign is to read and accept these Regulations.

  4. The promotional campaign constitutes a public promise within the meaning of Article 919 of the Act of 23 April 1964 - the Civil Code.

  5. The principles of processing personal data by the Organizer are specified in the privacy policy available at: https://almidecor.com/privacy-policy .

  6. The capitalized terms used in the Regulations have the following meanings:

    • Discount Coupon – a discount code worth PLN 50, awarded to Participants as part of the Promotional Campaign;
    • Client – a natural person who subscribes to the Organizer’s newsletter;
    • Commodity – any product offered by the Organizer, excluding products covered by promotions;
    • Participant – A customer who has met the conditions for participation in the Promotional Campaign.

§ 2. Rules for participation in the Promotional Campaign

  1. Participation in the Promotional Campaign is voluntary.

  2. A Customer who meets the following conditions may participate in the Promotional Campaign:

    • Subscribe to the Organizer's newsletter using the form available on the website almidecor.com ;
    • Consents to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

  3. The Discount Coupon will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer within 14 days from the moment you subscribe to the newsletter.

  4. One Customer can receive only one Discount Coupon, regardless of the number of newsletter subscriptions.

§ 3. Use of the Discount Coupon

  1. The Discount Coupon can be used for one-time purchases for a minimum amount of PLN 500 in the Organizer's online store almidecor.com .

  2. The Discount Coupon is not valid on products on promotion or in combination with other discounts.

  3. To use the Discount Coupon, enter the discount code in the dedicated field of the order form when placing an order in the Organizer's online store.

  4. The Discount Coupon can only be used once, per order.

  5. The Discount Coupon is valid for one year from the date of receipt.

  6. The Discount Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

§ 4. Complaints

  1. Any complaints related to the Promotional Campaign may be submitted by Participants only during the Campaign period and within 7 days of its end.

  2. Complaints can be submitted via:

    • e-mail - at: sklep@almidecor.com ,
    • traditional mail - to the address: Fargotex Sp. z o. o., Al. Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża .

  3. The complaint should include: the Customer’s name and surname, e-mail address and a detailed description of the irregularities noticed.

  4. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 30 days of its receipt. The response to the complaint will be sent to the email address provided by the Client.

§ 5. Final provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations in the event of:

    • changes in legal regulations,
    • changes in the terms and conditions of the Organizer’s business,
    • the Organizer's decision to introduce more favorable conditions for Participants.

  2. Changes to the Regulations may not lead to a deterioration of the conditions of participation in the Promotional Campaign for Participants.

  3. The Organizer will inform about changes to the Regulations by publishing its amended version on the website almidecor.com at least 14 days before they enter into force.
