Gift Card Terms and Conditions
§ 1. General provisions

These regulations (hereinafter referred to as: "Regulations") specify the terms and conditions of purchasing and using AlmiDécor gift cards (hereinafter referred to jointly as: "Gift Cards" or separately as: "Gift Card"), sold and issued by Fargotex Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at Al. Legionów 114C, 18-400 Łomża, entered into the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000183232, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 7181721036, REGON (National Business Registry Number) 45069208, with the share capital of PLN 200,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as: "AlmiDécor").

For matters relating to Gift Cards, Customers can contact AlmiDécor via:

The condition for purchasing a Gift Card is prior reading and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

§ 2. Definitions
The terms written in capital letters used in the Regulations have the following meanings:

Gift card – a gift card worth PLN 500 or PLN 1,000 in physical form, issued by AlmiDécor as part of the sale.

AlmiDécor Store Regulations – AlmiDécor Store Regulations available at: https://almidecor.com/pl/regulamin .

Client – the person who concluded a contract for the sale of Goods with AlmiDécor.

Holder – a person who uses the Gift Card during a transaction made by him/her in an AlmiDécor Store or AlmiDécor Showroom.

AlmiDecor Store – online store operated by AlmiDécor at: https://almidecor.com/ .

AlmiDécor Showroom – stationary store operated at the following address: Wiertnicza 159, Warsaw.

Commodity – any item available in the AlmiDécor Store or AlmiDécor Showroom that can be purchased using a Gift Card.

Assortment – movable items that can be purchased by the Customer in the AlmiDécor Store or AlmiDécor Showroom.
The capitalized terms used in the Regulations, which are not defined above, have the meaning given to them in the AlmiDécor Store Regulations.
§ 3. Purchase of a Gift Card

Gift cards are available in amounts of PLN 500 and PLN 1000.

The gift card has physical form and includes information such as: name and surname of the recipient (“FOR”), name and surname of the person giving the card (“FROM”), amount and expiry date.

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue indicated on the card.

If the Gift Card is not used within its validity period:
a) The Gift Card expires;
b) The Customer or Holder is not entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the Gift Card or the possibility of extending it. -
The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
§ 4. Rules for using the Gift Card

The Gift Card is issued to the bearer and does not contain any data allowing the identification of the person authorised to use it, except for the data "FROM" and "FOR".

The Card Holder may use it only once, during a single transaction involving payment for the Product available in the AlmiDécor Store or AlmiDécor Showroom.

If the value of the Gift Card:
a) is lower than the transaction value, the Customer is obliged to cover the difference using available payment methods;
b) is higher than the transaction value, the difference will not be refunded in any form (cash, balance, etc.). -
Gift Card Redemption:
a) In AlmiDécor showroom involves physically presenting the card when making a purchase;
b) In AlmiDécor online store involves entering a unique card number in a dedicated field when placing an order. -
In the event of loss, destruction or loss of the Gift Card:
a) AlmiDécor does not issue a duplicate card;
b) The Customer or Holder has no right to make a complaint or to have the card restored.
§ 5. Complaints

Complaints regarding Gift Cards can be submitted via:
a) e-mail - at the following address: sklep@almidecor.com ;
b) by traditional mail - to the address: Customer Service Office, Al. Legionów 114C, 18-400 Łomża. -
The complaint should include:
a) name and surname of the Customer or Holder;
b) e-mail address or postal address;
c) a detailed description of the reported irregularity. -
AlmiDécor will consider the complaint within 30 days of its receipt.
§ 6. Liability

AlmiDécor is not responsible for:
a) Loss of the card by the Customer or Holder;
b) Use of the card by an unauthorized person. -
Neither the Customer nor the Holder have the right to request the replacement of the card in the event of its loss or damage.
§ 7. Final provisions

AlmiDécor reserves the right to change the Regulations in the event of:
a) changes in legal provisions;
b) decisions on the introduction of more favourable conditions for Customers;
c) changes in the scope of AlmiDécor's activities. -
Any changes to the Regulations will be introduced with care not to worsen the conditions of use of Gift Cards by Customers and Holders.

Customers and Holders will be informed of any change to the Regulations by publishing a new version in the AlmiDécor Store at least 14 days before its entry into force.

The regulations are effective from December 9, 2024
