Frequently asked questions
Orders
You can place your order in a few simple steps:
- Select the product you are interested in and click the "Add to cart" button.
You can add more products in the same way if you are planning a larger order.
- Once you have finished your selection, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Review the contents of your cart, then select the "Checkout" button.
- Complete your order details – enter your delivery address, contact details and select your delivery and payment method.
- When choosing Tpay quick payments , after clicking the "Pay now" button you will be redirected to the secure website of the payment operator.
Tpay is a proven, trusted payment system operating in Poland.
- Once your payment has been processed, you will be automatically redirected back to our website where you will see a summary of your order .
No, creating an account is not required to make a purchase at the AlmiDécor store.
You can place an order as a guest , just provide the details required for shipping and payment.
However, if you decide to create an account, you will gain access to:
- your order history,
- faster purchasing process on subsequent visits,
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your customer account:
Log in
- After logging in, go to the "Orders" section.
- Click on the selected order to view its details.
- If your order has been shipped, you will see the message:
“Your products were shipped on…” and a “Track your shipment” button.
After clicking, you will be redirected to the carrier's website, where you can track your delivery.
📩 Additionally, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation.
If your order has not yet been processed , it can be changed or canceled.

Once the shipment has been shipped, it is no longer technically possible to make changes or cancel the order.
In this case, however, you may exercise your right to return the goods after receiving them.
Many products available in the AlmiDécor store can be ordered in personalized or made-to-measure versions.
On the product page you will find the appropriate options:
- For modular furniture , go to the "Available Modules" tab to check possible configurations.
- For upholstered furniture , you will find the "Choose your fabric" section under the product description.
After clicking on the selected fabric, a contact window (pop-up) will appear where you can send an inquiry regarding the order or contact us directly – by phone, email or chat .
Our team will help you select fabrics, configure and complete your order – we will advise you at every stage.

Payments
At AlmiDécor, we offer a wide selection of convenient and secure payment methods to make every purchase as convenient as possible.
1. Fast Tpay payments
You can pay via Tpay in the following ways:
- BLIK
- Google Pay and Apple Pay
- Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Online transfers from most Polish banks
- Installment payments (e.g. Pekao Installments, Alior Bank)
- Deferred payments (PayPo, Twisto, BLIK Pay Later, PragmaPay)
- PayPal – a convenient option for domestic and foreign customers

2. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
Available for orders up to PLN 2,000 .
You can pay for your order in cash or by card upon delivery .
All payments are made in an encrypted and fully secure manner, and the Tpay operator is certified and supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority .
Yes, all payments in the AlmiDécor store are completely secure .
Transactions carried out by the Tpay system take place in an encrypted environment using the SSL protocol, which protects your data at every stage of payment.
The Tpay operator has a PCI DSS security certificate and is supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority .
This means you can be sure that every payment – regardless of the method chosen (BLIK, card, transfer, installments, deferral or PayPal) – is made in a secure and controlled manner.
If your payment didn't go through , don't worry—you can easily try again.
After an unsuccessful transaction, the "Repeat payment" button will appear on the Tpay operator's website.
Click it to go back to selecting your payment method and complete the transaction.
Make sure that:
- the card details or BLIK code have been entered correctly,
- you have sufficient funds in your account,
- the internet connection is stable.

Delivery
Delivery time depends on the type of products ordered and their availability.
- Products available immediately are usually shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
In most cases, your parcel will reach you within 2-4 business days of shipment.
- Custom-made products (e.g. furniture, lighting or large-sized products) have individual lead times specified on the product card.
If one order contains products with different availability, the delivery time applies to the product with the longest waiting time .
Delivery operators
- DPD – delivers mainly carpets and smaller parcels,
- GLS – handles most standard parcels,
- Schenker – delivers bulky shipments (e.g. furniture, large decorations, tables).
Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Additional information
- We deliver throughout Poland and European Union countries.
- All shipments are properly secured for transport.
- If delivery is delayed due to reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to provide updated information.
- Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect its condition in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage, please complete a damage report and contact us:
Delivery within Poland is always free.
Regardless of the order value or payment method, we do not charge any fees for standard delivery.
For orders within Europe, the delivery cost is PLN 77 (individual pricing for large shipments).
Yes, we offer the option of collecting your order in person after making an appointment with customer service.

Yes, we offer furniture delivery and assembly services as an additional fee. Each project is priced individually. Delivery within Poland is always free for online orders, regardless of type.
Yes, we ship to all European countries.
The standard delivery rate within the European Union is PLN 77 .

Products and availability
You can check product availability directly on the product card , just below the "Buy now" button.
Here you will find information about delivery times , which determines current availability:
- “Free delivery within 24 hours” – the product is available immediately and will be shipped the same business day if the order is placed by 12:00.
- “Free delivery by [date]” – means the product is available with a guaranteed delivery date (e.g., from an external warehouse or awaiting delivery).

“Free delivery” (no date) – applies to personalized or made-to-order products , the delivery date of which is determined individually .

Yes, most pendant lights can be shortened during installation.
For chandeliers or custom designs, please contact customer service.
The headliner's appearance (e.g., round, oblong, bell-shaped) is typically visible in the product images in the gallery. If a headliner image is not available, please contact our customer service team—we will take a photo of the specific model and send it directly to you.

Returns and complaints
At AlmiDécor.com we make every effort to ensure that all products meet our customers' expectations.
However, if you wish to return the goods you ordered, you can do so within 14 days of receiving them .
To make a return:
- Complete the withdrawal form .
- Send the product along with the form to the following address:
AlmiDécor, Aleja Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża , with the note "Return of online order". - The returned product must not show any signs of use and must be in a resalable condition.

Return of goods is at the customer's expense.
The AlmiDécor store does not accept cash on delivery or postage.
We refund funds by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned product .

If the product you received is defective or was damaged during transport, you can easily file a complaint.
To file a complaint:
- Complete the complaint form .
- Attach the form to the shipment with the product being complained about.
- Send the package to the following address:
AlmiDécor, Aleja Piłsudskiego 70, 18-400 Łomża with the note "Order Complaint".
We process complaints within 30 days of receiving them.
In the event of damage occurring during transport, please complete a damage report with the courier and contact our team immediately.

Invoices
Yes, it is possible to issue a VAT invoice.
To receive it, when placing an order – when providing your shipping details – simply complete the "Tax Identification Number" field.
On this basis, an invoice will be issued and sent electronically to the e-mail address provided in the order.

Yes, it is possible to see many AlmiDécor products in person at our showroom in Warsaw or at our warehouse in Łomża.
However, not all products are on display in the showroom, so please check the availability of your chosen model before visiting.

Architect's Zone
To register in the AlmiDécor Architect Zone :
- Visit the website: https://almidecor.com/pages/strefa-architekta
- Click the "Register / Login" button.
- Complete the registration form and then check the box "I want to register an account as an architect" .
- Click the "Create Account" button.
After submitting the form, your application will be automatically verified and you will be granted access to the Architect Zone.
If you already have a customer account and would like to access the Architects Zone, simply contact Customer Service and request permission.
