The Laurent collection was born in the Befame studio as a younger, more versatile sibling to the iconic Bellissa. The designers envisioned a sofa that, thanks to its decorative piping and loose cushions, would bring a lightness to a variety of interiors while maintaining a distinctive character. The first mock-ups were created around the idea of ​​a fully upholstered piece of furniture, so that it could be placed in the center of the living room and viewed from all angles.
Already at the prototype stage, the team combined sinuous springs with highly elastic foam, testing resilience and resistance to deformation; after many sessions of sitting and "lazy lying down," the ultra-soft seats that are now Laurent's trademark were created.

The designers sought fabrics that would emphasize the piping pattern and the shape of the gently reclining backrest. The first choice was Corbett – a structured braid with a distinctive, three-dimensional weave, enhanced with Magic Home technology, which removes tea or wine stains in seconds while maintaining the sofa's Italian, modernist charm. Ideal for lovers of soft, subtle textures is Manza – bouclé with a satin sheen, in a palette of beige, gray, and hints of gold; its looped jacquard adds a cozy touch to the interior, while its high grammage and easy cleaning ensure longevity for everyday comfort. The third hero is Alia – a marriage of delicate bouclé yarn in the warp and soft chenille in the weft, creating a uniform, velvety-supple surface. The tone-in-tone colors and Martindale 50,000-cycle test make it a true must-have, resistant to trends and wear.
