The Moon design stems from the idea of dual identity: from the outside, the piece maintains the architectural discipline of straight sides and compact proportions, while from the inside, it offers a cozy world of soft, deeply springy cushions. This contrast between rigor and freedom captures the balance between the formal gesture of the living room and the intimacy of the bedroom. A single fluid movement is all it takes for the seats to lift, revealing an upholstered bed frame with a comfortable mattress.

The unfolding mechanism, hidden in the base, operates smoothly and silently: a lifting spring system extends a two-part frame with an aluminum frame and flexible slats. A foam mattress rests on it, providing ergonomic back support – incomparably higher than classic, thin sofa bed inserts. When the module is closed, all components return to their original position, and the upholstery remains intact; decorative piping conceals the seam line, preserving the uninterrupted elegance of the shape.

The Moon piping is a deliberate, graphic gesture that highlights the rounded edges of the armrests and seat frame. The trim is made of the same fabric as the upholstery, but with a textured embossing, subtly breaking the light and highlighting the grain of the fibers. In a contrasting color, the piping can become a jewel-like accent, narratively connecting the sofa with cushions or a rug.

The Moon sofa can be upholstered in a pill-resistant, natural-weave fabric that feels as soft as a linen and cotton blend. The palette includes mature shades of greige, taupe, and nougat, which resonate with natural light and defy fads. The cushions are filled with a combination of variable-density foam and silicone beads, providing both resilience and softness, ensuring they retain their volume even with daily use.

Moon is perfect for use in a micro-apartment as a master bed, in a guest room, or in an open-plan living room where daytime and nighttime functions intertwine. Its construction is based on a laminated beechwood frame and steel supports, ensuring stability for years of intensive use. Removable covers make maintenance very easy.
