"Women's Day with AlmiDécor x HDRÈY"

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the "Women's Day with AlmiDécor x HDRÈY" contest (hereinafter: "Contest") is Fargotex Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łomża, Al. Legionów 114C, 18-400 Łomża (hereinafter: "Organizer").
The Partner of the Contest and the founder of some of the prizes is HDRÈY Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Całowanie (05-480 Całowanie, Poland), entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000683399, NIP 7252207626, REGON 367580007, share capital PLN 5,000 (hereinafter: "Partner").
The Contest is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland via Instagram, on the AlmiDécor brand profile (hereinafter: "Profile").
The Contest is in no way sponsored, administered or associated with Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Regulations define the rules of participation, the course of the Contest, the method of selecting winners and the complaint procedure.
The Contest runs from March 4, 2026, from the moment the contest post is published, until March 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
The Contest consists of one stage.
The purpose of the Contest is to promote the AlmiDécor and HDRÈY brands.

§2. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS

Individuals who are consumers may participate in the Contest, provided they:

a) are over 18 years of age
b) have full legal capacity
c) reside in Poland
d) have an active Instagram account
e) have read and accepted the content of the Regulations.

Employees of the Organizer and Partner, as well as members of their immediate families, are not permitted to participate in the Contest.
Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.
It is forbidden to publish content that is contrary to law, offensive, vulgar or infringes the rights of third parties.

§3. CONTEST RULES

On the day the Contest begins, the Organizer will publish a contest post on the Profile.
To participate in the Contest, you must:

post a comment under the contest post containing the answer to the question:

"Femininity to me is..."

One Participant may submit one contest entry (one comment).
If more comments are added, the Organizer will only consider the first one.
The Organizer has the right to remove entries that violate the Regulations, legal provisions, or Instagram's rules.

§4. PRIZES

Two prizes will be awarded in the Contest.

I place

AlmiDécor product set with a total value of approximately PLN 460 gross, including:

AlmiDécor fragrance diffuser
AlmiDécor room mist
AlmiDécor scented candle
AlmiDécor wardrobe fragrance

II place

HDRÈY cosmetics set – Maxi Twilight Noir, with a total value of approximately PLN 660 gross, including, among others:

Twilight Noir Liquid Hand Soap
Twilight Noir Hand Cream
Twilight Noir Body Mist
Twilight Noir Eau de Parfum
Twilight Noir Body Dry Oil
Twilight Noir Sensation Bubble Bath
Twilight Noir Body Cream

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
The winner may resign from the prize within 2 days of receiving notification of winning.
In the event of resignation, the Organizer may award the prize to the next Participant selected by the Jury.

§5. SELECTION OF WINNERS

The winners will be selected by a Jury appointed by the Organizer.
The Jury will evaluate the entries considering:

creativity
originality
compliance with the theme.

Winners will be announced in a private message comment within 7 business days of the Contest's end.
The winner is obliged to provide shipping details for the prize within 3 days:

first and last name
shipping address
phone number for the courier.

Prizes will be sent within 14 business days of receiving the data.

§6. COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding the Contest can be submitted:

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

§7. COPYRIGHT

The Participant declares that they are the author of the submission.
The submission must not infringe the rights of third parties.
The Participant grants the Organizer and Partner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submission for the purpose of conducting the Contest and promoting the AlmiDécor and HDRÈY brands.

§8. PERSONAL DATA

The administrator of personal data is Fargotex Sp. z o.o..

Data will be processed for the purpose of:

conducting the Contest
contacting the winners
sending prizes
processing complaints.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR.

§9. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations are available in the contest post or via the provided link.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Regulations for valid reasons.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law shall apply.
