The designers drew inspiration from the architecture of a sperm whale's skeleton: the rhythmic ribs of the frame permeate the seat, creating a simultaneous experience of stability and lightness. The vertical, massive uprights define the structure, while the horizontal beams gently taper, introducing a visual flow reminiscent of rippling water. Two color options—Natural Teak and vibrant Black Teak—allow the piece to be contextualized for sunny patios or modernist gardens. Whale exudes a mature aesthetic where sustainable materials and craftsmanship meet in a holistic design ready for decades of use.

The Whale frame is milled from solid, circularly sourced teak; each piece is hand-brushed to enhance the wood's organic grain. The side arches are connected by fin-shaped crossbars—a sculptural detail that accentuates the structure's strength while maintaining a visually lightweight feel. The gently curved legs integrate with the ground, improving stability on uneven terrain and facilitating storm drainage. A tung oil treatment ensures the wood blends seamlessly with its surroundings, patinasing to a refined silver hue.

The seat interior is filled with layered foam of varying densities; the lower segment provides structural resilience, while the upper segment provides soft, enveloping support for long moments of contemplation. Contoured cushions, adjustable backrest, and bench widths allow for both upright and more relaxed positions. Users experience immediate relief, as if in the soothing embrace of a sea wave, while the modulated elasticity eliminates the so-called "sit-in" effect, maintaining the furniture's elegant lines even during intensive use.

Fargotex upholstery, in a mature palette of earthy tones—from cool basalt to warm sand—is resistant to UV radiation, stains, and sea spray. The fibers reduce fading, and the hydrophobic coating accelerates drying after rain. An optional sand epoxy coffee table adds a raw, volcanic touch and resonates with the teak frame, creating a multi-sensory narrative of a tactilely warm, visually calming, yet sophisticated space.

Whale offers a lounge, dining set, and daybed; modules connect via hidden hooks, enabling configurations ranging from intimate alcoves to expansive, holistic outdoor living spaces. A low table can serve as a central island, while pouffes and benches unify the arrangement into a setting for intimate moments or formal receptions. Thanks to the cohesive form of woven lines and minimalist hardware, the collection remains visually airy, harmonizing with the natural horizon like the breath of the ocean.
