CLEANING A VISCOSE CARPET

VISCOSE CARPETS CARE

1. Vacuum with a nozzle without a brush, moving in the direction of the hair.
2. Viscose fibers are naturally shiny and smooth to the touch, so the suction power when vacuuming should not be too high to avoid excessive slippage of the bristles from the fleece.
3. A natural characteristic of viscose rugs is pilling, which is the shedding of viscose fibers from the pile. This piling process can be particularly pronounced in rugs with a sheared pattern and pile heights that vary.
   This is a natural process and can take up to six months. It is not grounds for complaint. Some fibers may extend halfway out. These fibers should be trimmed with scissors.
4. Viscose fiber reacts poorly to water and liquids. Spills should be immediately blotted up with a paper towel or a moisture-absorbent cloth. Then, lift the pile with your fingers, straighten it, and arrange it in the same direction as the rest of the carpet's dry pile. Viscose fiber that isn't straightened and arranged properly will remain in its original position when it dries. The pile in the area of ​​the spill/stain may change its elasticity and reflect light differently after cleaning with water and drying. Therefore, the area after the water-cleaned stain may differ in appearance from the rest of the carpet. This is a natural characteristic of viscose products. Therefore, only professional carpet cleaning is permitted at establishments experienced in cleaning viscose carpets, usually using the dry method.
5. If the carpet gets wet, dry it flat in a well-ventilated room or outdoors in favorable weather conditions.
6. To avoid creasing the fleece, move the furniture periodically.
7. Do not use chemicals or bleach.
8. Exposure to sunlight may cause the carpet to fade. Avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight.

1. Viscose is a fiber produced from tree cellulose and imitating silk. Viscose is an excellent substitute for silk products, retaining its natural properties, such as shine and a very pleasant, soft feel.
2. Handcrafted viscose rugs are characterized by their resilience. They may slightly change shape over time. For example, pulling the rug forcefully or moving furniture across it may cause a slight change in its shape/contour. This change is reversible. Because rugs made of viscose fiber are naturally resilient, this is normal and not subject to warranty claims.
3. The Handmade collection rugs are handcrafted, mostly from natural fibers, making each one unique and original. As such, slight variations in color, size, or pattern may occur. This does not constitute grounds for complaint.
